Roche’s salesforce had followed the same approach to training for decades—fly a client into Roche headquarters for a week of training. It was popular and proven. But we convinced them to adopt a multi-modal approach which supplemented targeted in-person training with digital training.

When I was the Creative Director at Design Center, we created a sales app which in-home sales reps could use to present, configure, and sell home improvements. After we built it, we created this launch campaign, which was supplemented with emails, calls to managers, and the cultivation of peer champions. We achieved 100% adoption.
